Portable battery charger Ctek Mxs 3.8

Ctek MXS 3.8 is a battery charger / maintainer, controlled by microprocessor with patented Floating / Pulse maintenance for batteries from 1.2 Ah up to 85 Ah.

Main features:

12v automatic charger with 7 charging stages:

STAGE 1 desulphation Detects sulphated batteries. With pulsing current and voltage, the sulphates are removed from the lead plates of the battery, restoring capacity.

STAGE 2 soft start Controls whether the battery can accept the load. This stage prevents the charge from continuing in a faulty battery.

STAGE 3 bulk Charges with maximum current to approximately 80% of the battery capacity.

STAGE 4 absorption Load with decreasing current intensity to increase up to 100% capacity.

STAGE 5 analysis Controls whether the battery can hold the charge. Batteries that can not hold the charge may need to be replaced.

STAGE 6 float Maintains the battery voltage at the maximum level by supplying a constant voltage load.

STAGE 7 press Battery maintenance at 95-100% capacity. The charger monitors the voltage of the battery and emits a pulse when necessary, in order to keep the battery fully charged.
